Lately, several of our customers have reported receiving suspicious phone calls from individuals claiming to be from ‘merchant services’ and asking for personal or business information.
We want to be very clear:
👉 Legitimate merchant service providers, including any we partner with, will never call you out of the blue asking for sensitive information like banking details, personal identification numbers, or account passwords.
After doing a little digging, we’ve confirmed that these calls are likely scam attempts designed to collect your private information.
🚨 What You Should Do:
- Never provide personal or business information over the phone unless you can verify the caller’s identity.
- If the call feels suspicious, hang up immediately.
